What is a Strategic Alliance Member?


Strategic Alliance Members are organisations, institutions, corporates, MSMEs, and strategic partners who associate with the Federation for platform access, facilitation, collaboration, and ecosystem participation, without involvement in governance or voting rights.
This category is designed for entities seeking institutional credibility, national-level access, and structured facilitation while supporting the Federation’s corpus and operational framework.


How Can I Join?


To join as a Strategic Alliance Member, applicants must:

  1. Submit a formal membership application through the Federation’s prescribed form
  2. Provide required organisation and statutory details
  3. Pay the applicable non-refundable admission fee through authorised digital banking channels
  4. Obtain approval from the Managing Director’s Office

Membership becomes valid only after formal approval and confirmation by the Managing Director’s Office.

Common Declaration (Applicable to All Strategic Alliance Members)


I hereby declare that I seek membership with the National Federation of Tourism & Transport Co-operatives of India Ltd purely for institutional association and facilitation purposes.
I understand that membership fees and deposits do not constitute an investment, do not carry assured returns, and do not confer governance or voting rights.
I agree to abide by the Federation’s Constitution, by-laws, policies, and applicable laws, and acknowledge that membership approval is subject to the Managing Director’s Office.


Common Principles – Fee Structure

  • Admission fees are one-time and non-refundable
  • Refundable deposits (if applicable) are interest-free and security-oriented
  • Fees do not represent investment, profit-sharing, or assured returns
  • All payments must be made only through digital banking channels
  • Cash transactions are strictly prohibited
  • All memberships are processed centrally through the Managing Director’s Office

The applicable admission fee details will be communicated to the applicant via email after submission of the Expression of Interest form and preliminary review by NFTCI.
