What are Working and Organisational Members?
Working and Organisational Members constitute the
core operational and governance backbone of the Federation. These members actively participate in
policy formulation, decision-making, and execution of Federation initiatives across national, state, district, block, and grassroots levels.
This membership category is designed for organisations that seek
direct involvement in governance, implementation, and cooperative-led development, rather than platform-only association.
How Can I Join?
To become a
Working or Organisational Member, applicants must:
- Submit a membership application through the prescribed Federation form
- Provide complete organisational and statutory documentation
- Pay the applicable admission fee, refundable working deposit, and annual subscription through authorised digital banking channels
- Obtain formal approval from the Managing Director’s Office
Membership becomes effective only after approval and confirmation by the Managing Director’s Office.

Common Declaration

- I hereby declare that I seek membership with the National Federation of Tourism & Transport Co-operatives of India Ltd with the intent to actively participate in its governance, operations, and cooperative-led development initiatives.
- I agree to abide by the Federation’s Constitution, by-laws, policies, and applicable laws, and acknowledge that all fees and deposits are governed by the Federation’s approved fee structure and compliance framework.
Common Principles
- Admission fees are one-time and non-refundable
- Working deposits are refundable, interest-free, and subject to exit clearance
- Annual subscriptions are nominal, covering administrative and compliance costs
- Fees and deposits do not constitute investment or profit-sharing
- All payments must be made only through authorised digital banking channels
- Cash transactions are strictly prohibited
- Membership processing is centralised through the Managing Director’s Office
The applicable admission fee details will be communicated to the applicant via email after submission of the Expression of Interest form and preliminary review by NFTCI.
